Terms of delivery

Shipyard Grave is a member of Vereniging Nederlandse Scheepsbouwindustrie (VNSI) and uses the General Site Conditions as filed by the VNSI.All our offers, activities, repairs and assignments to deliver will be applied in regard of the General Site conditions as filed by Vereniging Nederlandse Scheepsbouw Industrie (VNSI) registered at the Clerk’s Record Office of the District Court in Rotterdam, on April 10th 2000. Purchase conditions and conditions third parties

Shipyard Grave uses the conditions regarding execution of activities, provision of services by third parties, purchase of materials and other affairs of third parties, filed by the Vereniging Nederlandse Scheepsbouw Industrie (VNSI) registered at the Clerk’s Office of the District Court in Rotterdam, on June 19th 2003.
